Just Keep Breathing....


Just keep breathing..... sounds easy doesn't it to just breathe. Have you really thought about your breath and what you are breathing in and out of yourself?


Hanu - Inhale - Breathing In - what are you breathing in? What are you filling yourself with every breath you take? *cue Sting 😁* Positivity, Light, Gratefulness, Abundance, Aloha, Haʻahaʻa.... or are you breathing in Negativity, Stress, Frustration, Nuha, Huhu.....


Hā - Exhale - Breathing Out - what are you breathing out? Into your environment, your surroundings, and your place of being? Gratitude, Mana, Aloha, Balance, Courage..... or Despair, Anger, Irritability, Shame, Fear....


~ Be conscious of what you are inhaling and exhaling on a daily basis.

~ Every moment of breathing matters for your spiritual, mental, and emotional health. ~ Is each Hanu and Hā strengthening and empowering your whole being; your body, mind, heart, and soul? ~ Are you filling yourself with aloha, mana, inspiration, positivity, and uplifting energy?


* Take a deep HANU with me now.....

This Hanu is filled with Abundance, Joy, Calmness, ʻOluʻolu, and Laughter....

Feel your Hanu filling your whole being.

* Now release a big HĀ from within your core....

Your Hā is filled with Gratitude, Courage, Brilliance, and Mana....

* Continue to do this breathing exercise for as long as you need. Just keep breathing....
